Hehe one of the many ideas I've always had.
(I was just a little more encouraged to do it sooner then later from a certain water type.)
Pangoro is by far favorite pokemon as of late and if I had to make Cho a pokemon then it's no contest. AND OF COURSE he'd still be elastic! Good luck trying to catch this shiny as he stretches around all those balls! x3
