Eh, I'd disagree. Only traits they have in common is they're both purple and have ponytail hairstyles. The devil is down in the smaller details:
The hair colors are different, plus Salvia seems to be a more pale purple while this gal is more vivid/saturated.
Then there's ear patterns - Salvia's got black-tipped ears and this gal's got the stripes that match on her nose.
