A rare winged kobold with a deeper connection to her Blue Dragon heritage than most. She was the closest thing a kobold could have to “royalty”.

Her backstory involved her warren being raided by an adventuring party when she was young.
They killed most of her kin, and sold into slavery the kobolds too young to fight, herself included.
For much of her life after that she had been treated as an exotic pet, though her vicious temperament meant she would change hands quickly.

That was until she was bought by a Dragonborn Paladin, who treated her like an actual person. Because of his heritage, she saw him as even more noble than her.
She harbors a deep resentment of any non-reptilian sapient, seeing them as defiant to their proper place in the food chain.
