It is very unfortunate for you to have to have this happen. I can totally relate. Did a lot for someone, endured some very bad things for them, was hit by a car for them, put up with abuse for them, all for them, for five years things seemed well, and then over night, someone got to them and they changed their mind and up and left. Saying it was all a lie to me, but you don't do certain things based on a lie, knowing them especially, and just after all the sexual abuse, the physical pain, emotional torment, I have nothing to show for it than just saying I was simply not good enough, despite doing things for them no other human being would ever do. Seems my affection just never mattered, it was not good enough. I can very much relate to your pain.
