A lot of that demon stuff is a chicken and egg situation. Did the worries create or attract them? Or are there worries because they're there whispering stuff in your ear at 3 am? we wonder.

I can't emphasize it enough, these demons are not evil per se. They might do you harm or keep you up at night, but that doesn't make them evil. In some cases, they could almost be considered good. To put things into perspective, pain is merely a warning signal, it is what informs you to put your hand away from the fire. Pain is good.
