Inspired by events at a folk/jazz music festival along Lake Superior in Minnesota. This was late July, and the costume was typical: barefoot, jean cut-offs, and a sweatshirt with skwoonched-up sleeves. It could look quite cute. This gives you an idea of what morning and sunset temperatures were like. More clothing was wise for the evening outdoor concerts.
