Here's my first draft of a comm sheet, since people have been asking. I'll make one with adjusted prices and better examples as I get more of a feel for doing this. Sticking with this hopefully SFW one for now.
I can provide some example prices on pieces in my gallery if this pricing method is too confusing.
Also sorry for including a couple of OCs in the mix. Tried to make them semi-anonymous >_>
This doesn't mean requests are dead by the way, before people start throwing rocks :V
Commissions will be handled by slots, as visible on my profile. For now, I will not be announcing when a slot opens, so it will be handled on a first-come-first-serve basis whenever someone asks while one is available.
If you are interested in a commission when there is an open slot, be sure to note me to claim it. Further discussion of the idea can be through Discord or Telegram, but for the sake of organization please let me know initially through notes.
If I don't think I can make an idea work or am not into the idea, I reserve the right to pass on giving you the slot. Sorry :<
Sketched vs. Inked Lines
Sketched lines are the initial draft of the idea, cleaned up enough to get the idea across.
Inked lines are the second draft to clean up anything vague or messy.
Simple vs. Complex Colors
Simple colors are essentially "flats" to block out the colors, and may include simple gradients, tattoos, etc.; most commissions will be this.
Complex colors involve large gradients, fur patterns, or effects such as bioluminescence that might slow the coloring process down.
Highlights
Mostly edge highlights as pictured, though this also includes other highlights if appropriate, such as on the tongue in the fluids section.
Shading
Only hard shading since I've mostly retired on trying soft.
Not recommended for most pictures, unless you really want the extra depth.
Still an amateur D:
Background
Simple backgrounds such as flat against a wall are free.
This is for backgrounds with a little more effort into painting a scene.
Also not recommended, oops.
Fluids
Fluids of any kind except for light sweat, which is free.
I probably won't charge multiple times per fluid unless the idea has them in excess.
Weird thing to price I know.
Additional Characters
That's an additional 50% added per character, so a piece with three characters will be twice the price of one with only one.
That said I don't recommend something with more than two characters interacting, as I don't have much experience drawing that.
I can heavily discount characters that are only in the background if you don't mind them being simplified down.
