This is a commissioned full shaded art piece I did from tumblr, which features my two villainous underling OC’s, Mako and Mauler after an especially hearty meal. What or WHO that meal was...? Don’t ask. But one thing’s certain; Mako’s belly makes for one helluva waterbed. :P

Ohhh yeah. The biggest thing I never factored in which a friend brought up was line depth. One of my biggest problems as an artist has been the fact that my lines were always the same depth across the body of any character I drew, which made it harder to define weight, definition, angle, all that good stuff. I never appreciated how much better drawing feels when you have a pen in your hands like normal sketches. XD
