No; this isn't a Photoshop trick. This was a real nickel I found while working my fast food job in the drive-thru. I had seen red paint on coins before, but not blue. Still, this is vandalism of federal property, isn't it? I don't know why it bothered me, but I refrained from giving it to a different customer when making change.
