She's such a pretty kitty. I love the outfit, especially the fishbone jacket and pretty black stockings. Her pink hair and big, fluffy tail are so pretty, too, and I really like how relaxed and happy the looks. Your coloring work on this is simply gorgeous, and you really do come up with such beautiful characters!
I kinda envy your ability to find/design so many super cute outfits for your characters. I never know how to dress my own! Pastel's outfit here looks so cute on her, especially the fish jacket and those adorable little stockings. She certainly lives up to her name with those soft pastel pinks and purples, which are so very pretty. Great work on her!
