Physical Details: Considered a runt due to her lack of size, and has off-hue scales. Has micro scales covering the majority of her body that show as dull purple in certain light conditions. Her under-scales are larger plates with a silver-blue hue, that run from her chin to the tip of her tail, with some covering the pads of her feet. Has bright purple eyes that reflect even small amounts of light.
Extra Details: Considered a tad on the dumb side. ALWAYS refers to herself as "Kebe" when talking in common tongue. Reference to herself in third-person when speaking in her native tongue. Wants to become a true Dragon, and thinks that earning a Dragon's "love" will make her into one based on a story she heard as a hatchling. Is extremely loyal, though "shinies" can sometimes persuade her to do things she normally wouldn't.

A super quick Backstory:
She once heard an old wise tell from her tribe about a Kobold that became a dragon after courting an actual dragon. And now she wants to become a dragon herself! She looks to make herself "appealing" to do the same by making a name for herself and seeking riches.
She was exiled from her tribe for her "outlandish" ideas, as they could bring unwanted danger to the tribe.
