Don't look too much. If there's one thing I've learned from that comic, it's that the "bad guys" always end up winning in a way or another. And also, that there isn't a single good character. That's why I like this comic so much : it's so incredibly realistic, especially for a comic about furries fighting in sexy outfits.

Whelp, I hope one day Gantus gets a good through ass Whooping, or maybe he gets his own form of Karma someday

Seeing how the bad guys keep winning since the beginning of the comic, I wouldn't get my hopes too up.

And is likely he is fully aware of the hypocrisy, he is making Kalita think she was just a bully, and in minimal part he was right, in that Kalita's credo relied entirely on her being stronger that anybody else, and her strenght relied in big part of being supported by her friends, but she did not realized that till now that her alone strenght is not a match for Gantus who is way overpower her. Still is not the entire truth, Kalita always fought only other gang member till gantus rule, she probably engage only in vandalism and rebellious unpolite behavior, so her beingg a bully is relative. But for now is what she believe. Time for Muko to pull her out of her gutter(the more i think about the more those two will make a great team, because both are very loyal to those they care)

This looks like Kalita is in a nightmare. The way her face distorts in the last panel shows that she's having a breakdown.

The little orphan comment is kind of disturbing comment.
Confirm Gantus knew way more of Kalita than he should. Personal stuff. That kalita would have revealed only to close intimate friends.......like....Leyline(fffffff😡😫)
And that sound almost like a menace "come back and we know where to find you and people you care" type of subtle menace

Indeed, it seemed weird ( and perhaps creepy) that he did seem to know more about Kalita than he should. Perhaps this is wrong somewhere in the details. But it seems that not too many people knew about Kalita being an orphan, not even Debbie, through She used to be in the gang with her from the start. It would perhaps be disturbing what possibly more Gantus would know and how he got to knowing that.

Actually Debbie knew, she realized her awkward mistake in her family comment and tried to apologize but to no avail.
So stand reason Leyline knew as well....and now Gantus too...

Still you were mostly right. apart Debbie and Leyline is unlikely anyone knew of Kalita's situation. but with this mocking Gantus proved that he know it too, and that confirm that this raid at the homeless rest in the park the same very homeless that helped Kalita in her childhood...was not a random choice. It was one purpose to trigger our beloved vixen. It was all planned. Much like the betrayal of Nyarai and fall of Adelgund.
<Now one last piece of puzzle is needed to confirm my personal assumption. Did Kalita's assault of the Cafe where muko was working an accident, or Gantus and Shun are working together, and if yes what their endgoal could be?>

Oh shit, I hadn't thought of that... Indeed, Leyline might have betrayed Kalita. He acts like Gantus' puppet and seems to actually like it. Maybe he's into domination or some shit, or maybe he's just a slut. In any case, it doesn't justify such a disgusting betrayal (if he actually did betray Kalita, which is not confirmed)

Man, the situation just feels like a horror movie.

Does anyone else feel that the orphanage will end up being targeted by Gantus and the gang? Either to prevent Kalita to ever try think of returning or to stop her from getting stronger.

Kalita will probably end up becomign the Naoto Date of FFC. And If the gang attack the orphanage will be the day of reckoning. Because fear or not fear, Kalita will step up the challenge and perhaps with the help of certain silly Bunny

The art looks amazing. I mean, it always looks amazing, but it's even better here. So nightmarish... It feels like Kalita is so tiny compared to Gantus, like she's a prey, trying to run away from a dangerous predator... It's terrifying.
