Long ago, I had an albino raptor character named Jon. You can still see pictures of him on my gallery and scraps. This OC is basically what he evolved into over time.

Species: Anthro velociraptor
Gender: Male
Age: 16-18
Height: 1.5 / 5'
Weight: 70kg / 155lbs
Build: Athletic
Base color: Albino (white)
Markings: Black zebra-like stripes running from his back to his sides, around his legs and his upper-arms. One short stripe on his head between eye and nostril, on both sides.
Feathers: Long, thin protofeathers, white with black tips, running from head to tail. Long, wild head feathers create a mohawk-like style.
Eyes: Orange with black, half-slit pupils
Claws: Natural beige. Hands have four fingers (including thumb) and feet have four toes (including the minor inside toe).
Tail: His tail is a little longer and thicker than his legs, and unusually flexible for a raptor.
Clothing: His typical tribal outfit will consist of just his loincloth fashioned from pale, skinned pelt.
Accessories: Tooth bracelets around his biceps and both legs, above the ankles.
Other details: As a reptilian, he does not have a bellybutton or nipples.

Personality

Whiplash is a bit of a wild one. He's very outgoing and is pretty forward in the way he talks and acts. Like a Jurassic Park raptor checking a perimeter fence, he will probe a character's personality for weaknesses and try to exploit them for his own amusement. What he lacks in size, he makes up for in attitude. He's also a prankster, but stops short of being a merciless bully. Fortunately for the females, he prioritizes flirting over intimidating.

His only figure of authority is Snapjaw, with whom he has survived for many years in a platonic pack duo (in the case of tribal settings, otherwise a school friend). He probably wishes for it to turn into something more, but she is not interested.
