Their name is Bellamy, they’re a sailor and a Mouser Swashbuckler. Grew up among a very community-based river-dwelling people (think Guosim from the Redwall books) and left to seek their own fortune on the high seas.
They’re a rex rat, a nice soft silver-blue color with a white ring marking around their midsection that is usually hidden by their clothes. Their rapier belonged to their father, and his father before him, and so on back a few generations. The sash and tail-wrap were hand-dyed by their mother and sister and given as a going-away gift.
