Joshua, age 21, was a regular, powerless student of Polaris University until he was caught in the clutches of the villain Galaxia. He was turned into a rampaging giant and would have caused a significant amount of damage to the city center if Vixen and Blackstar hadn't intervened to stop him. After his defeat he had disappeared for several days, reappearing several days later with no memory of his rampage and subsequent disappearance. It seems his rampage was in part because of the awakening of his powers, leading Vixen to the theory that Galaxia is capable of granting powers but leaving the mystery of her motivation for doing so...
