You're interested in seeing female characters get this sort of treatment? Most people I interact with seem more interested in seeing it happen to the males, but I have no problem giving one of the girls some time wearing the dunce cap. Were there any of mine you might want to see get this sort of treatment?
Recently, I did draw Dominika being her pudgy ditzy self in this sort of outfit but without the dunce cap, and I thought it came out really cute! I wouldn't mind doing more sometime.

Unfortunately, I don't have a list, that would be quite the undertaking as I have so many characters and the roster grows every time I get bored and design something new. I'm not really sure how to narrow it down, is there a specific species you like? Maybe I could find a victim, err, *volunteer* based on that.
Not a bad idea, especially with Halloween coming up! She's not really one I can see doing the whole "diaper" thing, but wearing an equally awkward, silly, attention-grabbing outfit in the form of a princess dress makes sense, especially since she does seem like a bit of a brat. I'll keep that suggestion in mind... keep an eye out for that!

He is a bit dopey and awkward, sure, but it's because he's a kid. The "framing" angle, though, I have given that some thought in the past as well--two of his classmates are an impala I haven't drawn in years named Billie-Jean who really dislikes hyenas, and the pudgy lion girl Savannah who may actually have a bit of a crush on him--and I can see either of them tricking him into acting up and getting into trouble, or even teaming up to mess with him!
I do generally like the idea of the character in this situation being tricked into it or "framed" somehow so I often think that might also be why Skunk Boy finds himself in this same situation--Tex is messing with him to bring out his inner manchild!
