From all of the many random creations I done over the years, drawing this lugia gal was special. Yes, the same one from this piece.
As much as I loved lugia, for some reason I just never gave her a chance as a character. Gave her a proper name and all. But alas, I think it might be best to open her to adoption, someone else will give her love.
