Teo is still mortal, even the weapons designed to kill gods. Gods known to smite mortals and any attacks from mortal weapons would just be less than a scratch. but if Teo plays his cards carefully, he may kill the god that set him on that path or at least incapacitate him. But i am assuming that there might be more to this path or game than Teo or I may know.

Damn, he already knows that there are friends who will see him differently if they hear of what he's done.

On one hand that's good that he acknowledges what his quest of vengeance will do to his relationships with the others. But on the other, the way he talks about how his journey may have him never coming back, whether he means it will result in his death or becoming something far worse should he achieve it, is worrying.

But the entire story was very interesting and attentiom-grabbing all the way through. Awesome work on this, man. 👍
