Fifteenth generation pirate and wound tighter than a clock spring, Arky is part of the notorious Skelter family. He has inherited the family title of “Red Devil” for his exceptional pirating and looting, a title handed down from their ancestor, Halbit Skelter. Mort enjoys having him around because there is no other Annoyance as high-energy as Arky. He moves and talks so impossibly quick that his friend often make jokes about breaking the sound barrier. He would be a hazard to those around him if he didn’t crash completely every so often. Although he seems merely spastic, Arky is an intelligent Landingite and has the potential to be brilliant. He just doesn’t have the patience for it.
