I only went hiking once...it was from a gypsy cave to our hotel in Granada

Went hiking alot (Usually during spring and fall so its not as hot as today is xD) but one of my fond memories was a few hikes, two were in Shawnee, PA; the other that I remember to this day cause we used to hike alot on vacations, one time I was in New Hampshire, and had left the house to go explore and I was about 10 or so, and I actually followed this small stream into this perfect like 3 foot wide waterfall that dipped down about 15 feet so it was a small fall. During which, A baby deer came near me and nudged me, and I can't believe it did that, scared the crap out of me and I landed in the water. so half my body was wet. The fawn/deer jumped behind a tree and I sat by this rock. And it came back nudged me again and layed its head in my lap. I began to pet it. It was an incredible moment for me.
