*thinks* Is this inspired by Neil Gaiman's 'Delight' character? (well Delirium now, but hey) Everything from the dog, to the multiple colored fish to the raven haired chick that resembles 'Death' screams it. (Also the dog reminds me of Hellsing)

I'm actually only familiar with Neil Gaiman's novels Neverwhere and American Gods (both awesooome), but it's cool that you can interpret a connection like that even though I don't know the characters, heh!
