HAHAH FINALLY!!!! I got a good picture for my newest version of ruther!! it makes me a happy mutt :3
Anyway reason it's 4.0 is cause I have some versions from my very first version to my 2nd version before Ringo, and I have the scarf from Ringo, and I also on his tail has two scarfs on it from his first look and yes that's a fish bone
