Traits:
Bioluminescence; Unspecific scales ignite with a warm orange glow when in darkness. Bioluminescent scales doesn't appear different to regular scales when exposed to light.

Mana Sustenance; Lives purely on mana to sustain himself. Mana is only obtainable internally by consumption. Removes all necessity for digestive fluids. Optimally needs to consume mana once every week to stay healthy. Sources includes pure forms of mana, prey having mana, or:

Energy Conversion; Can get mana from any prey by draining their energy, physically exhausting them in the process, and convert it into mana. Can also convert food for a similar result, though with live prey being more efficient. While capable of being fatal for prey, it is unwillingly done.

Thickening Reserves; Obtaining more mana than required gets stored as something akin to fat, primarily on his tail. This happens autonomously when consuming pure mana or food. Only happens with live prey when wanting to. Depicted appearance is preferred thickness, though greed can get the better of him. Too much mana will make storing shift onto the rest of the body instead.

Arcane Affinity; Uses his mana reserves to cast spells of arcane origin. Spells are plenty but rigid in their actions. Includes other schools like fire and ice connected to arcane. Notable spell: Kobold Polymorph;
Can magically turn themselves into a kobold for a certain duration. Longer durations requires much more mana. Kobold Calderin has stubbier snout than as dragon.
