‘STOP CALLING ME ‘WOLFY’!!!’
“So Wolfy can be a tricky one to fight,… in close he is really strong, has that metal arm,… that thing can hit really hard,… metal legs, wears really tough armor, and has that glowing sickle, which can even deflect my blades,… I think it might be magical too. Yet, if you move too far he is very quick to draw that gun of his and start blasting, and that can make things very difficult. The best way I’ve found to deal with him is to use hit-and-run tactics,… slip in fast, and use my blades to slice up his weapons and armor,… cutting enough of the glowing tubes tends to make his arm stop working right,… then get away before he can attack back,… then just repeat until I’ve managed to disable enough of his weapons and armor to make him withdraw.
Using the terrain around us helps a lot in that, the jungle providing lots of cover I can use to get close without him noticing, then vanish again. Even here, among the numerous shipwrecks on the Northern Shoreline,… there are usually really bad storms out at sea there which have crashed lots of ships over the years there,… using what cover I can really helps,… though with the way he is blasting I might start running out of cover before long,…
The real key to fighting him though is his temper,… he has a really bad one,… making him angry, and keeping him that way,… which isn’t hard to do at all,… makes him unfocused, and can really hinder the effectiveness of his attacks. The downside though is that he doesn’t hold back when he’s angry, so if he does manage to hit it really hurts. It does make it very easy to use the environment against him, and on more than one occasion I’ve managed to knock him off cliffs he didn’t realize were even there, cause he was too angry.”
‘Is that the best you can do, Wolfy? You’re looking a little rusty today.’

The ‘Villain Sho-Case’ continues with the next outstanding image from
shonuff44 of the cyborg hunter, Baron Verner Von Wolfenbach, or as Ember likes to call him ‘Wolfy’.
I must say, this is one fierce picture. Much like the previous picture of The Wraith, Wolfy looks very badass, as this image shows him off in all of his angry, muscular, cybernetic glory. This guy looks tough,… like, go a few rounds with The Hulk tough,.. with that thick armor on his torso, accented by the thickness of his legs and that hint of the muscles on his left arm. The cybernetics add even more to that feeling as well, those lower legs looks rock solid, and that arm looks like it could rip a car in half with ease. And I love all the little details, especially the glowy accents on the arm and legs, they really add to the powerful feel of all of this, even the exhaust from the ‘tailpipes’ on his arm, a great touch. Such a great sense of motion in this piece as well, his cape swaying out behind him, his beard and hair swaying to the side, and of course the gun,… the shot from the weapon looks great, with the muzzle flash and the little flecks of energy around it, and the blast casts such a great lighting effect back on all of the rest of the weapon as well, really giving a great sense of the power and energy of it. What really stands out most those is the Anger,… from his yelling expression, to his posture, to the action lines radiating out from him, to the cross-hair glow of his cyborg eye,… he is really mad, and it really shows. I love how the smoking, flaming ruins in the background really punctuate his little rampage here,… he is not letting anything get between him and his target. Thank you for another truly awesome picture, ShoNuff44. :D
