Well, his belly ain't gonna rub itself...
Managed to slip in a request for a chubby Tarnish! I guess this counts as the first chub art of the shadow Lugia, and I'm quite satisfied! With permission, I used my boundless photoshopping skills to edit the flower crown from his ref onto this, just as a way of identifying that it's him.
