Actually no, they'd expect him to just be killed, either by a demon or mortal, mainly demon since demons and angels absolutely hate each other. Only problem is, he doesn't remember a single thing about being an angel, after becoming a demon, his memories of being Azazel were removed. Also becoming a demon wasn't specified in the deal
