Delightfully delicious apple flavours with a fluff almond dough to with homemade cinnamon sauce, sounds so good from the kitchens of jakewolgon

I made this from an very old cookbook I got from my aunt.
Applesauce, baked with a fluffy almond-dough and selfmade cinnamon-sauce.
Recipe:
Butter a gratin dish and fill a jar of your favourite applesauce in it.
Put 3 egg yolk, 100g ground almonds, 100g sugar, a bit of salt and a bit of milk in a big cup and mix it. Add only enough milk only to make the dough soft but not too fluid.
Stir the 3 egg white to foam and put the dough on it. Fold it gently.
Pour that over the applesauce and bake it in the oven at 180°C for around 15 to 20 minutes.
While baking, put a pot on the stove, pour 1/2litre milk, 50g sugar, a bit of salt and two fingerlong pieces of cinnamon sticks in it.
Stir it and cook it until it is boiling and put it from the stove.
Stir one egg yolk, some spoons of milk and half a spoon of wheat in a cup and pour it into the pot with the cinnamon milk.
Cook it gently, it may not boiling until it thickens a bit.
Remove the cinnamon sticks and serve it to the applesauce.
