Shibi the Vaultek experimental dog-human hybrid. One of the few who survived the experiments and escaped into the wastelands. Unlike the burly Doberman-hybrid she is a Pomeranian and was intended to be more of a housewife, soft, loving, and loyal. Since things didn't turn out as planned she had to carve out her own way and wound up being taken in by Super mutants who coveted her for her soft fur, cute features and taste for meat. She proclaimed herself their princess and is often doted upon by the tribe of mutants under her rule. Surprisingly they tend to be a little more mild mannered while still brutish and distrustful of humans. She wears a tattered jumpsuit and a crown fashioned out of broken Nuka Cola bottles. She's deceptively smart and charismatic, she is also pretty strong and quick.
