When a team of not-so-secret agents includes a Jedi, a bounty hunter with fancy and deadly gadgets, a black-fairy sorceress and an Avenger among other powerful characters, you'd think the vixen with the reputation of just being the wife of the best archer and mother of the star of a popular blockbuster would just be a mission control at best...

And you'd be wrong.

Marian "The Maid" Hood is considered by the team to be the most dangerous among them, due to her pragmatism in combat.

Being a powerful wizard isn't much help when you get shot in the head by a crossbow quick draw before you can finish casting your spell.
When a EMP disables fancy tech or a anti-magic device cancels magic, you can always count on The Maid to neutralize who caused this with an arrow in the body.
A telepath can anticipate your team's movements to gain the advantage? The Maid has learned to counter telepathy by training her mind to interfere with simple disruptive thoughts, thanks to her training with her protégée Krystal, a noted telepath who never managed to beat her.

Despite her deadliness, outside combat, she is incredibly sweet and friendly, a loving mother, and Krystal's best friend and parent figure. Just never underestimate her and above all don't threaten those close to her. A Sith Lord made this mistake once by threatening harm on Krystal and paid for it, despite technically being on the same side as The Maid.
