Do you even know what muscular build means? This is chubby? Holy shit then I with a 6pack must be morbidly obese by your standards.

You draw too much muscle definition on supposedly pudgy characters. The way you drew his back makes it look like he has a beer gut, but somehow his front is completely cut from stone and his torso is the perfect T build.

Maybe you should go back and take some anatomical studies classes so you can learn to draw something other than super muscular characters.

Don't get me wrong; there is nothing wrong with drawing muscles, it is just you draw someone who looks almost like a Greek god and then call them chubby.

If anything his muscles would be very undetailed because fat goes on top of muscle, not under it,

Alright, Art = Amazing as always; however, there is no possible way for that character to be 850lbs if he's 6'8". He would need to be basically a shapeless blob of fat to be that heavy. Even someone with a "Mr. Universe" body builder type build with a gut added on would be at most 450. I'm sure the error is just on the commissioner not understanding what 850 lbs really meant compared to the description he gave to DG.
