This is a pieced together picture of a mug I painted for a client.
He wanted an anthro raccoon and penguin having tea in a park in New York, as a gift for his brother. Said brother is not a furry fan, but is very understanding...and loves raccoons and penguins.
The lid of the mug (it features a porcelain lid that doubles as a coaster, not shown here) shows the Brooklin Bridge.
This mug had four fires before it was done.

Thank you for the kind words! Porcelain painting is a lot like watercolor painting..and something like oil painting too. The paints do not really dry, so each layer of color must be fired. But, if you make a mistake before firing, it can be wiped off!
