Terms of Service:

1. By bidding on this auction you indicate that you understand and agree to these terms.

2. You retain the right to the character once you win the bid so long as you keep to the conditions below.


3. This is a semi-closed species. You can only have one with the approval of Fox, the species creator.


4. As the creator of the character is a non-erotic artist, please do not put the adoptable into sexual situations or commission artists to draw the adoptable in sexual situations. If you are unsure what qualifies, please discuss it with me.


5. Please respect these terms and services or the adoptable may be revoked.


6. You may commission artists to draw it for you and can make SMALL alterations to the design. (minor shifts in marking placement, Minor shifts in marking/hair style etc)


7. You may not recolor my work and sell it.


8. Please do not sell or trade the character once you have purchased it. Please do not ask for a refund if you decide you don’t want the character anymore.

The auction is for four darnathi characters. Darnathi are monogendered and are neither male nor female. Although they will accept ‘she’ and ‘he’ when called such. The closest they have to gender is that some darnathi are nurturing maternal types, and some are protective paternal ones although the lines between the two are often blurred. They can breathe FRESH water although seawater will burn their gills. They prefer warmer climates but the fluffier darnathi are more capable of managing in colder ones.
