This time the thanks goes to
1dimensional - Despite some of the content is "twisted", mostly he is superiorily superior at muscle artwork. (Also I have to thank him giving me some of his OC files he gave me so I could try out the stuff he uses when drawing), so I am bit "mimicing" his style of bigness here.
Glad you like it ^.=.~ <3

looks like you have a general grasp of how I work now. Just try to treat each buld like a 3D object while trying to depict lighting. For the most part, I use that ever so popular tutorial from itchstudios (can't remember the earl right now and I'm eating dinner) for a reference point, while at the same time screwing around with it.
Gotcha.
I actually tried looking for a 3D creating program with where I could add in two anatomical dolls (male and female, just in case) so I can study the muscularity they have, change the position they have, perspective to view them and search around their body parts in 360 degree all around so I could get the basic ideas for each muscles there is in each poses they're in from each perspectives I or anyone else would want to view them. But as far as I know, there's only one and it costs way too much and even then I might be at loss if program does not have any ragdolls of human anatomy which I could view all around.

you're better off without trying to use a 3D doll for muscle reference, they're never that accurate for the majority. for pose reference, you could just download the XSI mod tool, it's free (I think they come with a premade rigged model that you can pose as you see fit after figuring out the rig).
Most you can do is study the bones and look at multiple charts for muscle anatomy to learn where they begin and end. Then watch some body builder workout/ posing videos to understand how they look under the skin a little better.
