A year ago, a dear friend asked me: "What is in your heart?"

… We talked about memories which are left in your heart from loved ones in the past and from people who are still giving some touch to the inside of that deep feeling. This was where an old idea for this artwork started to light up again.

I thought about it for a long time, to collect all of them and what is still left. After naming the persons I dived deeper inside my feelings to remember a face, an expression and a situation to visualize.
It was a long process with a lot of laughter and some hard tears. So please be careful, it wasn’t easy for me.



And here it is – a gentle invitation to look inside my heart:

Who I once loved.
Who I still love.
And whoever touched my heart even through a special type of friendship.



Everybody who is shown there still is an important part of my life and will always have a space inside my heart. And there is no weight when he found his way inside or if I still am in contact or not.
There is place for a little more and it could be possible that one or two are missing, but that’s what it is right now.
