There's a world in your head, my friend, and it, and its inhabitants, fascinate me. <3 (You've seen glimpses of some of the worlds  stasisdelirium and I have built together -- I'm sure it comes as little surprise to you that, while I absolutely love your art for the visual aspects, the world it expresses is every bit as huge a part of the "draw" for me. The minds and hearts, the whispers of implied stories that you know, and we're left to speculate upon...this is why your work interests me so much!)

ah. well, I don't want to draw just pinups and smut, I like to create fuzzy people with "lives". :) if I was a bit faster I'd draw much more, maybe even short comics... and there is a full world to describe, too.

the best art is the art that makes people wonder what's going on, take a closer look, and imagine a story of their own. or in short, art that makes people dive into it.

I agree completely. It's not that I have any real core objection to pornography, mind you...just that...well, there's not much to say about it, is there? It's one person's idea of what sexually-provocative material looks like, and if you share their tastes, perhaps you find it provocative, too. That's totally fine, of course...but unless there's a story there, well...that's the end of the conversation, isn't it?

I keep returning to your work because I see people in it...I glimpse lives. I wonder if some of them know one another, socially. I wonder what their lives are like. (I entertain all sorts of gloriously noncanonical theories of my own...)

Your art reminds me of what furry fandom was like, in its earliest days -- so much less commercial-focused, so full of fascinating people with personal visions, so full of *art* instead of simply 'product.' The two aren't mutually exclusive, I grant, but as Stasis and I lament, there are a frightening amount of "dead eyes" out there. Bodies are beautiful, certainly, and appreciating them is completely natural and good...but what I love so much about your art is that there's a *person* to appreciate in every piece of yours, waiting to be discovered...or at least, inferred.

I cannot emphasize enough how much I love your art, and the characters you share with us. Thank you so much again for continuing to do so!
