Danaë. He appeared in the form of a "Golden Shower". Had one son Perseus
Leda. He appeared as a swan being chased by an eagle. Had three children most well know Helen of Sparta (of Troy)

Callisto. A priestess/nymph to his daughter Artemis, that he tricked into having sex while in the form of Artemis.Hera or Artemis was of course mad and transformed Callisto into a bear. Had one son Arcas who nearly kill the bear that was his mother, Zeus taking pity placed them in the heavens as the constellations Ursa Major and Ursa Minor.
Ganymede. One of the males Zeus took a fancy to. As one of the most beautiful males Zeus abducted him to be a cup bearer of the gods, paying two horses so swift they could run over water to his father Tros.

Well every decent size village had a story of a child, grandchild, or even great-grandchild of Zeus'. It was like a right of passage.
