Phileo is someone that likes to surprise others, his friends mostly and he can sometimes put some ressources in place for this, and today, the Gecko wanted to be able to tell Dulan : "Hey look ! I have feet like yours now !", and how fortunate he knew where he could find such a thing !
There is only a few buildings around this paradise valley, but one of them, on top of being rare, is a sort of jokes and novelties shop, with an old-fashioned style, full of wonders, all as different as colorful...
On the wearings section, he found clothes, hats... then footwears, and he immediately knew which one would be perfect...
He took them, very large and black-colored boots, with the appearance of fierce three-toed feet with long shiny claws, he quickly headed to what appeared to be a checkout.
In this world, people do not pay with money, they only are able to buy stuffs thanks to their actions/behavior in this heaven, and Phileo's focus on sharing love and meeting new friends were far enough to allow him to buy such a thing !
At the checkout, there was nobody, just a feeling of a presence around the customers waiting for their request to be approved or disapproved, Phileo leaved the large boots on the table, he were surprised, because he waited a few more seconds than usual, like if the entity around him needed more time to take it's decision... like if it were hesitating...
The Gecko thought it were due to the quality of these boots combined with their size, they might have a GREAT value !
But then, Phileo felt that it finally approved, he then kindly let a "thank you" out, nodding, before taking his newly acquired items and leaving respectuously.
After returning to his bar, he isolated himself in his private room, this is a medium-sized room with wooden walls, but not squared ones... it were the inside of an enormous tree that seemed to have grow up inside the mountain itself, matching the shape of the cave and surrounding half of the bar itself, the rest being the rocky walls of the moutain.
After closing the door behind him, while he were thinking about how to set up this surprise for Dulan, Phileo puts the boots on, and while still focused on his thoughts, his attention were suddenly caught by a squeezing sensation around his ankles, before a disembodied voice replaced his thoughts, talking into his mind...

Very good lore-develop about your univer buddy ^^, I realy find your idea original ! The fact to be reach by do good action only is very symbolic cause it's by do good action you let on people a good impression and the most you do the most you are appreciated so you become "rich" in term or relationship , have more friend and more people for share love with you :3!
So realy this idea to can buy thing glad to your actions is very interesting hehe, plus cause of the niceless of Phiphi I inow he'll never do anything bad with his "fortune" where Dulan him had certainly try to do selfish action like found a relic for remove his malediction he obtained as punishment for his bad and selfish action.
Here I realy love the fact Phiphi is probably rich and Dulan is poor cause of theyr different personality X3... I'm sure Dulan is a bit jealous of Phophi probably asking himself "why this guy ?? What he have more than me it's unfait ĂvĂ...."
Now about the draw itself, do these boots can also control Phiphi's feet like Dulan's malediction ? Also... I wonder if they protect him agains ticklings );3..... Good job on this draw in any case buddy, I'm happy you were able to do it finaly ^^

Secondly, Dulan understands and knows why Phileo and not him, because he knows the thing he have to do to be able to be as "rich" as the Gecko, but besides, this is just a door closed that opens another one, he might not get a lot of things from the market, but his bad dino behavior already provides him something, to be at the center of the interests during these moments and the feeling to be all powerful ! >=]
And... No, they do not prevent tickles for Phileo, even if temporary, those cursed feet-like boots are replacing his own feet ^..^
