What software do you use to render this? And what bit compression? It suffers from what I call 'dirty rendering', which I'd expect to see in programs such as fruityloops and Reason. Even if you use your core program, I'd consider exporting the song to something that renders more clear. Another thing to help would be a different sound card that doesn't have nearly as much background. Of course, it could just be recorded straight with a mic, in which case you should do a lot for room noise. A good way around this would be to simply thumbtack some blankets up around your reccccccccccccccccccrea to lower your reverberation in the room you happen to be in.
Now, on to your voice.
You're offkey most of the time. Forgivable, but also fixable. Take a moment to play sing along with key notes to make sure you are in key and have a good feel for what your goal is. Another issue is that you're quiet. I'm sure that you're conscious of the mumbling, and that's easily fixable. Sing louder. That also helps with staying in key. If you can't project, you can't hold a stead note. Try just making a single note and gradually get louder and louder with that single note and notice how much more clear your voice sounds.
Another issue is popping. When you speak, you're basically blowing air out of your mouth. Try angling your microphone sideways slightly and just to the side of your mouth so you're not blowing directly onto it. Another way to help would be to throw a sock over it to dampen some of the sounds of air movement.
Aaaand, that's all I got. Keep it up. :)
