A meat lovers medley of pork and bacon from the kitchens of tizona

Pretty straight foreward, trim the suckers, rub a seasoning, and wrap them like you were bandaging an injury the bacon stretches just enough, and overlapping keeps it from unraveling, bake at pretty hot, for a while, [till internal temp reaches 150ish. it's pretty straight foreward, recipes all over the intertroids.
suffice to say, it's awesome.
