Baduba - a Thursday Prompt (sci-fi)

Very intriguing indeed, it definitely beings the voyage of Laika and her one-way trip to mind, Your word use is immaculate and you make great use of the art featured.
The way you presented Rose was very clever, and the Star Trek homages were glorious (though you did forget the 'k' at the end of Spock's name, its an easy mistake to make.) I found both Sergei and Rose fairly relatable too.
The ending seemed...bittersweet and optimistic at the same time, and I can only imagine what the rest of their voyage was like.
