I'm curious too. But if he continues to misbehave, I'll probably take that as a 'I want more' and tell him he doesn't have to be a bully about it, he just has to ask. XD

Perhaps the tickling and laughter will humble the shark bully and lighten him up, so he'll perhaps soon enough reform and stop his bullying ways. Perhaps he might even find his feet getting tickled is something he enjoys.
