Sebastian Jay, the mastermind behind Team Union and the Pokemorph Catalyst, alongside his assistant Aaliyah.

Initially an elderly scientist who was working on ways to allow for better communication between Pokemon and Humans, Sebastian suffered an accident during his experiments thanks to a stray Porygon Z. Not only did it cause his body to be transformed into what it is now, but as a positive side effect, allowed him to figure out the method for replicating it.

After his change, Sebastian ended up a bit more childish and sporadic. As a Porygon Z Pokemorph, he has to deal with occasional glitching that can make his actions hard to process and understand. Despite this, he still possesses a great mind.

Sebastian cares a great deal about his colleagues and those around him, and often worries about what could happen if they were caught in the act. He genuinely feels as if what they’re doing is for the future of the world, as well as the bond between Pokemon and Human, but realizes that the way they’re going about it is a bit on the shady side.

Aaliyah, Sebastian’s assistant, possesses a great deal of respect for him, and has constantly been there to help provide ideas and suggestions. Though initially unsure of the Pokemorph project, she found that the benefits outweighed the negatives.

Aaliyah is also there to help rein in Sebastian during some of his more… glitchy and childish moments. Aaliyah, as a Voltorb Morph, can have a habit of exploding and self destructing at times, especially when highly stimulated.
