Well this one was quite ambitious. I rarely draw backgrounds but I feel like this artwork needed it! I also used different textured brushes to have his skin really stand out.. 

What do you think he is hinting at? ;)

Personally I think you gave him too many folds around the hindlegs and base of the tail. It makes him look either like rubber or fabric

Other than that its fantastic and it looks like hes teasing someone who'll likely bone him lol. Wonderful piece overall
