I like how you've given him a strong build, yet has a the contrasting expression of being lost. It's obvious what he's reading is causing him great sadness. No matter the number of flasks, it can't take away the pain. Great use of the spotlight and the blurring of the meadow to focus solely on him. I'm really tempted to jump in and give him a hug.
