Alright I decided to create a new villain character and quite a unique one to, say hello to Dr.Evollian

Dr.Evollian is a dragon caterpillar a unique animalnoid species that are part insect like and part dragon (minus the wings) and the color schemes of their appearances represents the two element powers they possess Evollian color is red and purple which means he has fire and poison powers, besides his powers he's well known as a mad scientist, a developer of robotics, and quite a mastermind, he appears quite calm and delightful at first but his true colors that he's very sinister, crafty, cunning and dominant he's also manipulative and deceitful and sometimes imposing.

His motive is world domination and control over everything else including all the other animalnoid species and claiming his species are far superior while the rest are inferior his motives for this is unknown, he'll do whatever it takes to get his way however he's quite cocky and headstrong can get pretty agitated when things are turning out as planned for him which can force him to get really serious but sometimes he does take time to calm down a little to think things through.

His caterpillar like body type doesn't make him a pushover either because he known to be quite a highly skilled fighter he's also very skilled at using different weapons of various types but mostly prefers guns and blasters and weapons that make things go boom, and let's not forget about his fire and poison powers that can work like magic as he mostly uses his hands to conjure them and spew them from his mouth and he's very innovative when it comes to using them.

So now you know Dr.Evollian can be a force to be reckon with and not to underestimate and be taken lightly so watch out.

I had some real fun into designing since unique villain type like him.
