A tragically underrated gem of a film, that. Professor Rattigan's one of the most delightfully over-the-top Disney villains, helped in no small part by Vincent Price's scene-chewing delivery -- and for as silly as the setup is on paper, it's striking just how dramatic the film managed to be.
