Command & Conquer. Any of them wherein the bad guys known as the Brotherhood of NOD create their ground troops from buildings called Hands of NOD. They're essentially big fists from low buildings. Was quite the popular RTS back in the day.
Now, though, it seems they make them for sheer spite; half the game is pointing to the Hollywood cameos.
