Looks like Einan is showing off his skills as Impostor in a round of Among Us that Pack Malra and a few others are involved in. Eilii simply got unlucky; he saw that Halani and Einan were in reactor and thought that they were gonna handle it... too bad that he didn't hear or see Einan sneak up on him right in the doorway of Medbay until it was too late.
