Dude. Perhaps too much butter/cooking oil? Probably from the butter/oil on the pan. Or maybe it just got back from the gym.

well considering they are made with butter and more likely (if they are store bought) various oils, that would be why.

you might be surprised to find that pretty much any cookie, chocolate ext... will sweat if you put it on some kind of paper, try leaving a chocolate bar on a brown piece of paper or in a brown paper bag :P (not in the sun though.... or burning on someone's doorstep)
