Got the title right this time x3 Finished commission for 
midnightfury's husband, I pretty much dealt entirely with her which is why I link her icon. :P
This was a bit of an interesting experiment for me, trying to blend the background into foreground without a direct transition of any kind. The clouds temselves were pretty tricky as well. I'm not sure any part of it worked 100% like I would have wanted it to, but I still think it looks pretty good as it is- at least, I hope it does. x3 Picture's a lot more toned down in the colour area than I normally do, but it certainly gives it an ineresting effect.
And hey look, another clean picture! 83 Decided against trying rain in this picture... I really had no idea how I was going to do that, and didn't want to risk ruining anything. Maybe it's just before or just after a rain though?
I dunno. Lemme know how I did, guys :3

Or, use a filter to created a layer of small white dots of varying brightness, and then apply a very large motion blur to that layer to give it a sense of motion... voila, rain. It'd take some tweaking at that point to make it look like the character is getting rained on, but a pretty good and easy start.
